A highly qualified professional, he holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Executive Leadership and Business, complementing his Executive Master of Business (EMBA) in Export and Import Management. Since establishing the company in 2008, Dr. Rajamani has demonstrated strong strategic leadership and discipline, overseeing its expansion from an initial two employees to a Group that employs thousands and specializes in exporting key commodities like Raw Cashew Nuts and Soya Beans. His core vision is to leverage his expertise to develop people, reduce unemployment, and contribute significantly to the economy of Ghana and Africa, guided by an unwavering commitment to high quality standards and sound governance.
